1. Supported Living (In-Home Services)
We offer in-home supported living services designed around each person’s goals, strengths, and preferences. Our team focuses on building skills and confidence while ensuring safety and stability. Support may include: • Daily living skills (meal planning, cooking, cleaning, personal organization) • Community integration (outings, activities, appointments, social engagement) • Personal care and hygiene support as needed • Building routines and structure for home and community life • Coaching around communication, self-advocacy, and problem-solving Our goal is to help each person live as independently as possible, with the right support in place.
INDEPENDENCE
2. Residential Support & Placement
For individuals who may benefit from a more structured living environment, we provide residential support and placement services. • We currently have a home in Salem, Oregon available for immediate move-in. • The home offers a safe, clean, and structured setting with consistent routines. • Supports are tailored to each individual’s needs, focusing on independence, stability, and quality of life. • Our team collaborates with service coordinators and families to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing communication. This option is ideal for individuals who need more support than is available in their current setting, or who are ready for a new, supportive home environment.
